As pratas da casa estão nomeadas nas principais categorias da noite. Avril, por exemplo, concorre em "Álbum do Ano", "Álbum Pop do Ano" e "Escolha da Audiência", mesma categoria de Justin Bieber e Drake. Bieber ainda disputa "Álbum do Ano" contra Drake e Avril .
